SWDRA HAS BEEN AROUND FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND WELCOMES ALL DRAG RACERS
Who Can Join?
We invite anybody interested in the issues, topics, and safety of Drag Racing but most of all the Fun in our sport, we welcome new voice's as well as new ideas in this ever changing and evolving sport.
Benefits of Joining
There are several benefits to becoming a member of our organization. Our members are close friends and we have a great time when we get together. Of course we also have a common interest, Drag Racing and Fast Cars. SWDRA is also very involved with the Albuquerque Dragway. Our voice is very important to helping the track being a safe and a fun environment for everyone.
How Can You Join?
To join we need a completed application and membership dues which are $30.00 per calendar year and must be turned in before any points can be accumulated.

CAN A MEMBER RUN MORE THAN ONE CLASS?

Yes you can, as at the track any racer can run more than one class assuming the car is eligible, note: a SWDRA member must in advance pay a second fee so the points can be accepted in both classes
I'm requesting a little assistance on the way points are turned. If you have multiple slips / rounds to turn in please don't send me a separate text / email picture of each slip. You can either take a picture of form with slips or, picture of form then picture of slips, or scan it and email. Please circle any bonus points you are claiming on form and slip. If track has messed up Elim round number, car number or name, just write explanation on form. Anything out of the ordinary just explain on form. It gets a little overwhelming when all points hit the week after a race with texts and emails. Below are some examples. One is a picture from a text, one is a picture attached to an email, the other is scanned then attached to an email. Click on them to open. Any questions please ask.
Nothing counts after buybacks.

Thank You, Russ
